Weight loss can be achieved by a number of methods including diet plan, pills, surgeries and exercises. Most of the people opt for easy method of weight loss as they don’t have enough time for doing workouts. However there are certain exercises which can be performed at home in day to day life without putting much effort. Exercises are mainly of two types:
Aerobics: These exercises actually burn fat and reduce calories.
Strength training: These exercises contribute to weight loss by increasing your resting metabolic rate (RMR). RMR is defined as the rate at which your body burn calories while you are at rest
Here given below are few exercises which can be easily performed by you:
Pushups: – It is a type of strength training exercise. In it you have 70% of your body weight on your arms. Do 2-3 sets of 20 pushups to gain arm strength and toned muscles
Stepping: – One of the best way to burn excessive fat of the body is stepping. You can use your stairs at home. In this way you can keep your weight under control.
Fast Walking: – It is a type of aerobic exercise. Before starting fast walking make sure to get warm up with regular walking. Once you start walking faster, try to maintain your speed as much as possible.
Jumping jacks: – It is an excellent aerobic workout you can do anytime at home. Do 3-4 sets of 20 jumping jacks per day to lose considerable amount of weight.
